{"id":807,"date":"2018-12-05T14:29:10","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T13:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.carnicasiglesias.com\/?p=807"},"modified":"2018-12-12T14:33:50","modified_gmt":"2018-12-12T13:33:50","slug":"agosto-lasana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carnicasiglesias.com\/en\/recetas\/agosto-lasana\/","title":{"rendered":"AGOSTO &#8211; LASA\u00d1A"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 L\u00e1minas de lasa\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>70 gramos de parmesano rallado<\/li>\n<li>Mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Para el relleno:<\/li>\n<li>300 gramos de carne picada (queda m\u00e1s jugosa con mezcla de cerdo y ternera)<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de tomate entero pelado de lata<\/li>\n<li>1 zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Para la bechamel:<\/li>\n<li>50 gramos de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>50 gramos de harina<\/li>\n<li>Medio litro de leche<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MODO DE PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. En una cacerola calienta tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva y a\u00f1ade la zanahoria y la cebolla bien picadas. Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 bien dorada a\u00f1adimos la carne y dejamos que tambi\u00e9n se dore. Entonces echamos el vaso de vino y dejamos que se evapore. Tras esto, a\u00f1adimos los tomates de lata cortados en dados y sin pepitas (en verano, claro, pueden usarse buenos tomates maduros) y dejamos cocer la salsa durante media hora, salpimentando al gusto.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mientras se cuece la salsa bolo\u00f1esa podemos hacer la bechamel. En una sart\u00e9n derrite la mantequilla y a\u00f1ade la harina. Sin parar de remover en ning\u00fan momento ve a\u00f1adiendo leche caliente hasta que la salsa comience a hervir. A\u00f1ade la sal, reduce el calor al m\u00ednimo y cocina durante unos veinte minutos, en los que debes estar encima removiendo para que no se formen grumos. Sazona con una pizca de pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Hierve la pasta en agua hirviendo con sal y ve colocando las l\u00e1minas sobre un trapo. Es muy importante que no se toquen, pues se pegar\u00e1n entre ellas.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ahora llega el momento de montar la lasa\u00f1a. En una fuente apta para el horno unta la base de mantequilla y cubre la base con una primera capa de pasta. A\u00f1ade una capa de salsa bolo\u00f1esa, otra de bechamel, espolvorea queso rallado, pon un poco de mantequilla y otra capa de pasta. Contin\u00faa con la operaci\u00f3n hasta que utilices todos los ingredientes, pero corona la lasa\u00f1a con una capa de carne, bechamel y queso (no con la pasta, como suele ser habitual).<\/p>\n<p>5.
