Las troceamos y salpimentamos.<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos las mollejas por harina reboz\u00e1ndolas bien. En una sart\u00e9n ponemos aceite y a\u00f1adimos el perejil picado.<\/p>\n<p>Luego incorporamos el ajo picado y las mollejas. Fre\u00edmos durante 2 minutos movi\u00e9ndolas bien y con cuidado porque se puede quemar el ajo y salpimentamos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n doradas, las sacamos a un plato y las espolvoreamos con
