Santa Marta de Tormes Factory:

Headquarters of Carnicas Iglesias. These facilities hold the production of charcuteries, pork loins, cutting plant, packaging, slicing and dispatch of orders.

This factory also holds the main offices: Direction, Administration, Accounting, Commercial, Export, Quality, Human Resources and Marketing departments.

The slicing section is composed by three completely automatized production lines with a production capacity of 35000 sliced packs per day in different formats and weights.

Moriñigo plant:

Located in Moriñigo, near Salamanca. The plant was opened in 2007, and it hold the production and drying of hams and shoulders.

The whole process of production of ham and shoulders is carried out at this plant. Classification, salting, post-salting, curation and expedition.

One of the most modern plants of this sector, it is provided with a high technological level and
whole automatized processes.

Production capacity is above 250000 pieces per year.
